1. Order Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made to order. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Custom Jewelry (Necklaces, Bracelets, Pendants)

Production Time: 2–3 weeks
Each piece is handcrafted based on the photo and personalization details you provide.

Custom Memorial Urns & Keepsakes

Production Time: 3–4 weeks
These items require additional time due to their detailed craftsmanship and personalization.

If we need clarification or a better photo, we will contact you by email within 24–48 hours, which may slightly affect production time.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship internationally from our workshop.

Shipping Time: 7–10 business days after production
Shipping Method: Tracked international shipping (UPS / FedEx / equivalent)

Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.
