1. How does the customization process work?

After placing your order, you will be asked to provide a photo and personalization details for your pet.

  • Some products allow photo upload directly on the product page

  • Others may request you to send the photo by email after checkout

Once we receive everything needed, production begins.

2. What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best results, we recommend:

  • A clear, well-lit photo

  • Your pet’s face fully visible

  • Avoid heavy shadows or blurry images

If the photo isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you by email within 24–48 hours to request a better one.

3.How long does it take to receive my order?

Because all items are custom-made, delivery includes two stages:

  • Production Time:

    • Custom jewelry: 2–3 weeks

    • Memorial urns & keepsakes: 3–4 weeks

  • Shipping Time:

    • 7–10 business days after production

Meaningful, handcrafted items take time, and we truly appreciate your patience.

🇺🇸 Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes may be possible before production begins.

Once production has started, changes are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the item.

5.Can I cancel my order?

Because our products are custom-made:

  • Orders canceled after purchase may be subject to a 10% processing or preparation fee

  • Once production has begun, orders can no longer be canceled

6.Do you accept returns or refunds?

Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is an error caused by us

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help.

7. Will my item look exactly like the preview?

Each piece is handcrafted, so minor variations in color, texture, or detail are normal and part of what makes your item unique.

These variations are not considered defects.

8. Are memorial items handled respectfully?

Absolutely.

We understand how meaningful memorial pieces are.
Each urn or keepsake is created with care, respect, and attention to detail to honor your pet’s memory.

9. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
