Custom Order Process

How It Works

We keep our custom process simple, personal, and transparent.
Every piece is made based on your pet’s photo and details, with one-on-one communication throughout the design process.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Choose your preferred product and customization options, then complete your purchase as usual on our website.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

Step 2: Send Your Pet’s Photo & Details

After placing your order, please email us your pet’s photo and any customization details.

Including your order number in the email subject helps us quickly match your photos with your order.

Step 3: Design & Review

Our designer will carefully create your custom design based on the photo and details you provided.

Once the design is ready, we will send a design preview by email for your review.
If small adjustments are needed, we’re happy to refine the design before production.

Step 4: Production

After the design is confirmed, your piece enters production.

Each item is handcrafted individually, with care and attention to detail — no mass production.

Step 5: Shipping

Once completed, your order will be securely packaged and shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Production Time

Because every piece is custom-made, production takes time.

High-demand periods may extend production by a few days
