Thank you for shopping with us. Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

🐾 Custom & Personalized Items

All items in our store are made specifically for each customer based on the photo and personalization details provided.

For this reason, customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

❌ Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, preparation work begins promptly.

Custom Jewelry (Necklaces, Bracelets, Pendants)

  • If you request a cancellation after placing the order, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • This fee covers order handling and preparation work that begins immediately.

Custom Memorial Urns & Keepsakes

  • If you request a cancellation before production begins, a 10% preparation fee will be retained.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the item.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to:

🔄 Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is an error in engraving or personalization caused by us

  • You receive the wrong item

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

📦 Returns

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations due to handcrafted nature

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please ensure that all personalization details and shipping information are correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or detail are normal for handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
